SHIPPING

We ship with Australia Post. We use satchels and bubble wrap/boxes to send our products.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

AUSTRALIA LOCAL SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $150 AUD standard shipping rate $10 AUD
Orders $150 AUD and over FREE standard shipping
Express $13 AUD

Please note: we do not delivery the Pots, Antique Atlantic Collection – Handcrafted Ceramic Planters. These are available for pickup only within 2-4 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping allow 2 to 10 business days.
Express shipping allow 1 to 3 business days

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery within 50kms Proserpine -QLD on weekends only and by prior arrangement.

PICKUP
We offer pick on limited products only. Currently our Antique Atlantic Collection – Handcrafted Ceramic Planters are available for pickup only. Please order products from this collection as a seperate order to other products in the checkout. These pots are heavy and will require two people to lift.

We are an Australian based business. We do not offer international shipping.
